Qualifications:
- Current California State SLPA license required
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, SLPs, and other educational professionals
- Familiarity with therapy documentation and school-based protocols
What Youll Be Doing:
- Provide direct support to students in grades K-12 under the supervision of a licensed SLP
- Implement speech and language therapy plans tailored to individual needs
- Assist with assessments, data collection, and progress monitoring
- Collaborate with staff and families to support students educational goals
- Maintain adherence to confidentiality and documentation standards
