Sunbelt Staffing is seeking Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) for multiple full-time, school-based opportunities throughout Dallas, TX, for the 2026-2027 school year.

Position Highlights:

• Multiple full-time positions available throughout Dallas, TX

• K12 caseloads

• Consistent MondayFriday school schedule

• School assignments and caseloads discussed during the interview

• Opportunities for new graduates and experienced SLPAs

SLPA Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

• Implement individualized treatment plans and therapy activities

• Support students with articulation, language, fluency, and other communication needs

• Collect data and document student progress

• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, families, and the supervising SLP

• Participate in IEP-related activities and student support meetings as appropriate

Qualifications:

• Associates or bachelors degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assisting or a related field, as applicable

• Current Texas SLPA license/registration or eligibility

• Pediatric or school-based experience preferred

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary school team
