Job Description

As a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant, you'll make a real difference each day by working closely with students, teachers, and licensed SLPs to deliver engaging speech and language interventions. This onsite role is based near Converse, TX and runs from August through June 2026, with a consistent 37.5-hour workweek.

Qualifications:

  • Active Texas SLPA license required
  • Experience in K-12 school settings is a plus
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to implement treatment plans designed by supervising SLPs
  • Energetic, compassionate, and dedicated to student growth

Responsibilities:

  • Work one-on-one or in small groups with K-12 students to support their speech and language goals
  • Document student progress and maintain detailed records
  • Collaborate with the supervising SLP, educators, and families to maximize student success
  • Participate in team meetings and IEP processes as needed
  • Adapt materials and activities to meet diverse student needs
