Job Description

Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting young learners as a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant. Make a difference every day working with an engaging group of approximately 55 Pre-K students, helping them unlock their communication potential in a positive, onsite school environment.

Your role will center around delivering direct therapy, collaborating with lead SLPs, and assisting in the development and implementation of treatment plans customized for each students needs. Build meaningful relationships with children and empower them to achieve growth in their speech and language skillsyour contribution will set the stage for long-term success.

Key Qualifications:

  • California SLPA license in good standing required
  • Experience or strong interest working with Pre-K populations
  • Solid communication skills and the ability to work well within a collaborative team
  • Commitment to maintaining accurate records and supporting IEP goals

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech-language therapy services under the supervision of an SLP
  • Support, motivate, and monitor progress for a manageable caseload of approximately 55 pre-K students
  • Assist with creating and adapting resources for therapy sessions
  • Document student progress and communicate updates to supervising SLPs and interdisciplinary staff
  • Encourage an engaging, supportive environment that nurtures every childs growth

Enjoy a work schedule of approximately 37.5 hours per week, onsite for the duration of the contract.
