Job Description

This full-time contract opportunity focuses on delivering interventions to a small, manageable caseload of approximately 20 students, primarily at the elementary level, within a vibrant K-12 school environment. Your expertise as an SLPA will make a tangible difference in young lives across the entire 2026-2027 academic year.

What Youll Need:

  • Active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) certification
  • Current PPS Credential for California
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience supporting K-12 students, especially elementary-aged, is highly valued
  • Commitment to onsite work for 35 hours per week

What Youll Do:

  • Provide high-quality, individualized speech and language support services under the supervision of a licensed SLP
  • Develop and implement therapeutic activities in line with students IEP goals
  • Document sessions, progress, and observations accurately and timely
  • Participate in staff and IEP meetings as required
  • Communicate proactively with educators, parents, and supervisory staff
