Job Description

Key Qualifications:

  • Texas Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) license required
  • Prior experience working in school settings preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Ability to support speech-language intervention under the supervision of an SLP
  • Flexibility and adaptability in managing a K-12 caseload

What Youll Do:

  • Deliver direct therapeutic interventions to students as prescribed by the supervising SLP
  • Assist with implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and documenting student progress
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and team members to support student communication goals
  • Prepare and organize therapy materials and session schedules
  • Foster an encouraging and inclusive learning atmosphere for all students
