Job Description

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) in the Castle Rock, CO area. Multiple positions are availabletwo full-time and one part-time (three days per week)with a start date of August 12, 2026, and running through May 28, 2027. Each assignment provides the chance to make a direct impact in school communities and help students thrive in their educational journey.

What You'll Bring:

  • Active Colorado SLPA license (required)
  • Previous experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations preferred
  • Ability to work collaboratively with speech-language pathologists, teachers, and support staff
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Understanding of IEP processes and documentation practices

What Youll Do:

  • Support delivery of speech and language therapy services as directed by supervising SLPs
  • Implement therapy activities tailored to individual student needs
  • Collect and document data on student progress
  • Assist in preparing instructional materials and adapting resources
  • Participate in department and school meetings as needed
  • Foster a positive, encouraging, and inclusive environment for all students

Assignment Details:

  • Two full-time positions (37.5 hours/week) split between elementary and middle school settings in Highlands Ranch and Parker
  • One part-time position (three days/week) split between a middle school and high school setting in Castle Rock and Parker
  • Each role is based out of a single building location
