Job Description

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students communication and language development in a collaborative school environment near Castle Rock, CO. Exciting positions are available for skilled Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs): two full-time roles and one part-time role (three days per week), with assignments serving diverse student populations across elementary, middle, and high school levels. These positions start on August 12, 2026, and continue through May 28, 2027.

Applicants must hold an active Colorado SLPA license and bring a passion for fostering student progress. The two full-time SLPAs will work 37.5 hours weekly, serving both elementary and middle school students, while the part-time SLPA will split their time between a middle and a high school, offering flexibility in your weekly schedule. Each opening is based in a single building, ensuring strong professional relationships and continuity for the students you support.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Valid Colorado SLPA license (required)
  • Experience in a school-based setting preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Adaptability to serve varied age groups and caseloads
  • Positive, student-centered mindset

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and indirect speech and language services under the supervision of a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for assigned students
  • Collaborate closely with teachers and school staff to support student success
  • Collect data and document student progress
  • Engage in team meetings and school-based activities
