Job Description

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Must have a current state licensure/certification as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant
  • Experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations strongly preferred
  • Understanding of individualized education plans (IEPs) and familiarity with data collection
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct therapy services to students as directed by a supervising SLP
  • Support in assessment, documentation, and preparation of therapy materials
  • Monitor student progress and record data accurately
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student needs
