As an SLPA, you will collaborate with licensed Speech-Language Pathologists and other professionals, providing direct therapy and progress monitoring for students across elementary, middle, and high school levels. Your expertise will contribute to the ongoing development of each childs communication skills within a dynamic and supportive school environment.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Texas SLPA license required
• Previous experience in K-12 educational settings is highly valued
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Adaptability and a collaborative mindset in working with diverse student populations
• Ability to implement individual and group therapy sessions as directed by supervising SLP

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy services according to student IEPs under SLP supervision
• Document student progress, maintain accurate records, and provide feedback to the educational team
• Support classroom teachers by incorporating communication goals in daily activities
• Assist in screening and assessment processes as needed
