This on-site role runs from September 2, 2026 through June 17, 2027, offering 37.5 hours per week in a dynamic school setting. Youll work closely with speech-language pathologists and educators to provide essential support to students, helping them develop their communication abilities and thrive in their educational environment.

Key Qualifications:

• Hold an active Maryland Professional Licensure as a Speech Language Pathology Assistant
• Must be able to provide images of licensure upon request
• Experience or training in school-based therapy settings highly valued
• Ability to adapt communication techniques for diverse student needs
• Strong organizational skills and commitment to meeting all credentialing requirements, including compliance with House Bill 486 (background check, fingerprinting, and employment history review)

What Youll Do:

• Deliver speech and language interventions to students under supervision of a licensed SLP
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student goals
• Maintain and update documentation on student progress and interventions
• Assist with planning and organizing therapy materials and activities
• Ensure compliance with school district guidelines and credentialing standards
