Qualifications and Experience:

• Associates degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program, or related field
• Valid SLPA licensure for the state of Illinois
• Previous experience working with school-aged children preferred
• Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent communication, organizational, and record-keeping skills
• Adaptable, positive, and patient demeanor

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy services under supervision of a licensed SLP
• Assist in implementing IEP goals through individual and group sessions
• Prepare materials and activities to support communication skills development
• Accurately document and report students progress
