• Completion of an accredited SLPA program
• Prior experience working with school-aged children is highly valued
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with students, staff, and families
• Ability to follow target goals and treatment plans developed by supervising SLPs
• Organized, reliable, and able to handle multiple priorities with professionalism

Your Main Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy activities as directed by supervising SLP
• Collect and document student progress data
• Prepare instructional materials and adapt activities to meet individual student needs
• Support classroom staff in reinforcing communication strategies throughout the school day
• Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities
• Assist in the generalization of learned communication skills across settings
