Job Description

Support communication development as an onsite Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) within an engaging elementary school setting in Anoka, MN. This travel assignment offers the opportunity to assist licensed speech-language pathologists in delivering tailored support to students, contributing to their academic success and personal growth.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Minnesota SLPA license (required prior to interview; no pending licenses considered)
  • Experience working with elementary-aged students in a school environment preferred
  • Ability to collaborate with speech-language pathologists and school staff effectively
  • Strong communication and organizational skills to manage caseload responsibilities
  • Commitment to maintaining professional and ethical standards within educational settings

Location: Anoka, Minnesota (travel assignment)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support under the direction of a licensed speech-language pathologist to deliver speech and language services to elementary students
  • Assist with implementing treatment plans and documentation accurately
  • Monitor student progress and report observations to supervising clinicians
  • Maintain compliance with confidentiality policies and educational regulations
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to therapy-related activities as needed

Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours per week with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break
  • Assignment runs from February 17, 2026, to June 5, 2026
