Job Description

Support students communication development as an Onsite Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) within an elementary school setting in Anoka, MN. This contract role offers a structured workweek from Monday through Friday, totaling 37.5 hours with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break each day. The position begins on February 17, 2026, and concludes on June 5, 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist licensed Speech-Language Pathologists in delivering speech and language therapy services to elementary-aged students.
  • Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an SLP.
  • Collect and document student progress accurately.
  • Foster a supportive learning environment to promote effective communication skills.
  • Collaborate with school staff and families to support student needs.

Required Qualifications:

  • Valid Minnesota SLPA license (must be current and in hand prior to interviews).
  • Experience working in elementary school settings preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to follow treatment plans and contribute to student success.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professional standards.
