Key Qualifications:
- Valid Minnesota SLPA license in hand (required at time of application no pending licenses will be considered)
- Previous experience supporting SLP services in school settings strongly preferred
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Dedication to contributing positively to students growth and success
- Flexibility and adaptability within dynamic, elementary school environments
What You'll Do:
- Deliver direct therapy and support services to elementary-aged students under the supervision of a licensed SLP
- Implement individual and small-group treatment plans to foster speech, language, and communication development
- Assist with screenings, documentation, and progress monitoring
- Collaborate with educators, SLPs, and families to support students educational objectives
- Uphold ethical standards and maintain confidentiality at all times
Position Details:
- Contract position with a 37.5-hour workweek (Monday to Friday), including a daily 30-minute unpaid lunch
- Start date: February 17, 2026, through June 5, 2026
- Caseload: Elementary students across multiple school sites (specific locations provided following placement)
- Must attach proof of current MN SLPA licensure for consideration
