Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist license with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Strong background in providing SLP support in school settings
• Experience evaluating and treating speech, language, and communication disorders in K-12 students
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff
• Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills

Core Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose students speech and language needs
• Develop, implement, and update individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Deliver direct therapy in both individual and group formats
• Consult and collaborate with educators and family members to support student progress
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with school and federal guidelines
• Participate in team meetings and support multidisciplinary efforts
