Advance your career as a Speech Language Pathologist working with an engaging K-5th grade caseload in a supportive educational setting. This onsite contract role offers the opportunity to partner with a diverse group of elementary students, including those with autism spectrum disorder, cerebral palsy, learning disabilities, and more. Using a push-in service delivery model, youll support communication goals within the classroom environment and collaborate closely with educational teams.

Qualifications:

• Current Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with SLP Endorsement required
• Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Experience working in a school or pediatric setting preferred
• Ability to assess, develop, and implement individualized speech/language therapy plans
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with teachers, staff, and families

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to a caseload of 20 to 40 K-5th grade students
• Work collaboratively using a push-in model within general and special education classrooms
• Conduct assessments and contribute to the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
• Communicate regularly with staff and families to support student growth
