Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong Clinical Fellows welcome
- Previous experience working in pediatric or school-based settings highly valued
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Familiarity with IEP processes and educational best practices
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess students to identify speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop individualized treatment plans and IEP goals, tailored to each students needs
- Deliver engaging in-class and pull-out therapy sessions
- Track student progress and maintain accurate, timely records
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists
- Provide resources and support to school staff and families to maximize student outcomes
- Stay current with emerging research and intervention strategies in pediatric speech-language pathology
