Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong Clinical Fellows welcome
• Previous experience working in pediatric or school-based settings highly valued
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Familiarity with IEP processes and educational best practices

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess students to identify speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Develop individualized treatment plans and IEP goals, tailored to each students needs
• Deliver engaging in-class and pull-out therapy sessions
• Track student progress and maintain accurate, timely records
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists
• Provide resources and support to school staff and families to maximize student outcomes
• Stay current with emerging research and intervention strategies in pediatric speech-language pathology
