The assignment is based onsite near Ypsilanti, MI.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active license as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Michigan
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Prior experience in a school setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of school-based evaluation and treatment planning
• Capability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech-language and communication assessments for eligible students
• Develop individualized therapy plans aligned with student needs and IEP goals
• Provide direct therapy services, both individual and group, supporting academic and social success
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student outcomes
• Maintain accurate records and progress notes in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and offer expert input
