This is a contract-based, full-time opportunity offering hands-on engagement with students in grades 6 through 8. Youll work onsite, collaborating with teachers, families, and fellow clinicians to support student communication, language, and social-emotional development.

Qualifications and Experience Desired:

• Active Michigan SLP license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but not required
• Previous professional experience in a school setting
• Background in pediatric SLP, healthcare SLP, or teletherapy is highly valued
• Experience supporting students at the middle school level

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations for students with speech and language needs
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans according to IEP goals
• Collaborate closely with educators, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Provide both direct and consultative services to help students achieve their communication goals
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
