This contract role is full-time, with a preference for those available to fully dedicate their expertise to helping children flourish in an educational setting near Creedmoor, North Carolina. Key Qualifications:
- Current and valid SLP licensure required
- ASHA CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status accepted
- Experience in pediatrics or in a school environment highly valued
- Proficient in teletherapy platforms and practices
- Ability to create engaging, individualized treatment plans
- Commitment to fostering positive outcomes for children
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication evaluations for students
- Develop and implement therapy plans tailored to student needs and IEP goals
- Deliver direct and indirect speech services, both in-person and through teletherapy as assigned
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records and document all services in compliance with school and state requirements
- Participate in meetings and contribute to ongoing team support
