Key Qualifications:

• Active Virginia SLP license required
• Accepting candidates with CCC or those completing their CFY
• Previous experience in educational settings preferred
• Effective communicator with strong organizational skills
• Comfortable with both assessment and direct therapy
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in IEP meetings

Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations for students as part of the special education process
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students onsite
• Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
• Attend and contribute to IEP meetings as the speech/language expert
• Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to promote student growth
