Key Qualifications:

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Familiarity with IEPs and special education processes

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and indirect speech and language therapy to students
• Conduct assessments and interpret results to identify needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs with measurable goals
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and regularly participate in meetings
• Support and educate families regarding communication development and intervention
• Maintain thorough, timely records in accordance with school and district policies
