Key Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure as an SLP (or eligibility)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Strong pediatric experience, preferably in school-based settings
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Familiarity with IEPs and special education processes
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect speech and language therapy to students
- Conduct assessments and interpret results to identify needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs with measurable goals
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and regularly participate in meetings
- Support and educate families regarding communication development and intervention
- Maintain thorough, timely records in accordance with school and district policies
