Job Description

Step into a rewarding, hands-on opportunity supporting students as an onsite Speech-Language Pathologist in the York and New Oxford/Gettysburg, PA areas. Our client is seeking three dedicated SLPs for contract positions, providing essential services to either Early Intervention (EI) or K-12 studentsno virtual assignments at this time.

Role Options:

  • Two SLPs will serve North Eastern School District. This position runs full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 3:30 pm, with 35 weekly hours and a caseload of approximately 50-55 students spread across two elementary buildings. Students include those in regular education and Autistic support. Some case management will be required. This contract covers the school year from August 18, 2026, through May 27, 2027.
  • One SLP is needed for Early Intervention in the New Oxford/Gettysburg region, working Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 3:30 pm, 35 hours each week. Caseload includes children ages 3-5 with Special Education needs, following a year-round schedule with frequent school breaks. Paperwork time is built into the schedule.

What Were Looking For:

  • Active Pennsylvania SLP Certification
  • Pennsylvania Teaching Certificate
  • Strong experience or desire to support children with special needs in the EI or K-12 setting
  • Comfortable with in-person work (no virtual placements)
  • Open to Clinical Fellows, provided a supervision fee is arranged (SLPAs not accepted)

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy to designated caseloads using evidence-based strategies
  • Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary school teams
  • Complete case management tasks as assigned (Position A)
  • Document sessions and progress according to site standards
