Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Active PA SLP license and current PA Teaching Certificate (required; please include with your resume)
- SLP-CCC, SLP Schools experience preferred
- Clinical Fellows are welcome if supervision fee is paid by your agency
- SLPAs accepted, though not recognized in Pennsylvania
- Passion for inspiring student progress and collaborating with school teams
Responsibilities:
- Assess and develop individualized treatment plans for students with communication disorders
- Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to support student goals
- Deliver direct speech-language services to a diverse K-12 caseload
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Contribute expertise to IEP meetings and multidisciplinary teams
- Adapt intervention strategies to meet the unique needs of students
