Step into a rewarding contract opportunity providing essential speech-language pathology services to K-12 students across an onsite district. This role offers engagement with diverse caseloads, including general education, autistic support, learning support, and life skills within elementary, middle, and high school settings. As a key contributor, you'll work closely with teams to support students progress and communication abilities.
Key Qualifications:
- Active Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathologist Certificate (SLP-CCC)
- Pennsylvania Teaching Certification (required with resume)
- Experience in school-based settings (K-12)
- Ability to manage caseloads of 50-60 students, including both regular and special education populations
- Comfort with some case management responsibilities and collaborative service delivery
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to a range of elementary, middle, and high school students
- Manage an assigned caseload, including documentation and minimal case management
- Collaborate with special education teachers, administration, and other related service providers
- Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals for students
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of student plans
- Deliver onsite services district-wide within Northeastern School District, with no virtual or remote options
