What You'll Need:

  • Active Pennsylvania Speech Language Pathologist Certification
  • Valid Pennsylvania Teaching Certificate
  • Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based settings
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Commitment to fostering inclusive and positive learning environments

Your Role:

  • Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students across K-12, addressing a variety of communication disorders
  • Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments to identify students needs
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary IEP teams
  • Maintain thorough documentation and contribute to progress reporting in compliance with school and state guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings, goal writing, and ongoing student support conversations
  • Educate staff and families on student strategies and communication development
