Job Description
Step into a fulfilling contract position serving students across K-12 in a supportive school environment. This onsite Speech-Language Pathologist opportunity offers a chance to make a tangible difference in multiple district sites for the 2026-2027 academic year.
Key Requirements:
- Active Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathologist Certification (PA SLP Cert)
- Current Pennsylvania Teaching Certification (must be submitted with resume)
- Experience providing speech-language services in educational settings, preferably K-12
- Ability to work onsite across district locationsremote work is not available
- Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills for engaging with students, families, and faculty
- Strong organizational and documentation abilities
Responsibilities:
- Deliver diagnostic, therapeutic, and consultative speech-language services to students
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary educational teams to support student learning outcomes
- Engage families and teachers in supporting student progress and addressing communication challenges
- Maintain thorough records in compliance with state and district regulations
- Provide support and flexibility in managing a portfolio of students across multiple buildings
This full-time position averages 35 hours per week, following the school calendar from August 18, 2026, through May 27, 2027. Compensation for this contract is $105 per hour, reflecting expertise and commitment expected in this role.
