  • Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license for the state of Washington, or willingness to obtain prior to start
  • SLP-CCC credential highly preferred
  • Previous experience in school-based speech-language therapy (elementary, middle, or high school preferred)
  • Must be able to work onsitevirtual options are not available
  • Comfortable collaborating with educators, parents, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Willingness to complete required fingerprinting through OSPI prior to appointment

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech-language therapy services to a diverse caseload of students
  • Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, track progress, and maintain accurate documentation
  • Collaborate with teachers and support staff to create comprehensive strategies for learners
  • Participate in parent meetings, team conferences, and staff trainings as needed
  • Adapt approaches to address the unique needs of students at different grade levels
