Our client is seeking Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP-CCC or SLP with strong school-based experience) committed to providing high-quality, in-person services. With positions available at the elementary, middle, and high school levels, your expertise will make a meaningful difference in the educational journey of children and adolescents.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid (or eligibility to obtain) Washington SLP license
• Completion of OSPI fingerprint background check, or willingness to complete
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
• Prior experience working in school settings, delivering both direct and consultative support
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Ability to work onsite exclusivelyvirtual candidates will not be considered

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy to students with a variety of needs
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) based on student assessments
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Maintain thorough and timely records in compliance with state and federal requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and staff development sessions
• Provide education and resources to staff and caregivers for carryover of skills in classroom and home settings
