Key Qualifications:

• Active Speech-Language Pathology license in Michigan
• Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA (CCC-SLP)
• Previous experience (clinical or professional) working with students in early childhood, elementary, middle, or high school environments is preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
• Commitment to fostering a supportive, inclusive, and positive learning atmosphere

Position Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' speech, language, voice, and fluency needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
• Provide direct therapeutic services to students of varying ages and ability levels
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professional staff to support student progress
• Maintain accurate records and documentation required by the school and state guidelines
• Attend multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to student planning discussions
• Participate in ongoing professional development to remain current on best practices
