Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
  • Previous experience working with school-aged children, preferred
  • Strong understanding of IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring
  • Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of speech, language, and communication disorders

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech-language therapy services to students in K-12 settings, both individually and in groups
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students IEP goals
  • Maintain thorough documentation of assessments, progress, and sessions
  • Collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
  • Stay up-to-date on best practices and compliance standards
