Job Description

Make an impact supporting students communication growth during the 2026-2027 school year as a contract speech-language pathologist working onsite with elementary through high school levels. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work closely with learners across a range of disabilitiesmild through severehelping them build essential speech, language, and communication skills in an educational environment.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

  • Current certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Washington State
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
  • Experience delivering school-based SLP services to students ages K-12
  • Comfort supporting learners with various disabilities and adapting therapies accordingly
  • Strong communication skills for collaboration with teachers, families, and team members
  • Ability to maintain thorough documentation and contribute to IEP teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and consultative SLP services onsite across elementary, middle, and high school age ranges
  • Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Develop individualized plans and measurable student goals
  • Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams to support IEP meetings and student progress
  • Communicate regularly with educators and parents on student needs and progress
  • Maintain compliance with district and state requirements for documentation

The position offers a steady weekday schedule (MondayFriday, 7 hours daily) so you can truly invest in student success.
