Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Oregon SLP License (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
• Clinical experience in pediatric, school-based, or student-focused settings
• SLP - CCC, SLP - CFY, or relevant school SLP background
• Passion for supporting elementary students growth and development
• Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration abilities

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver targeted SLP services to elementary school students in an onsite setting
• Assess, diagnose, and treat communication and speech disorders
• Create and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with student goals
• Record progress data, maintain accurate documentation, and support IEP development
• Work closely with teachers and parents to foster a positive learning environment
• Participate in school and multidisciplinary team meetings as required
