Job Description

Step into a dynamic onsite school-based environment, providing critical Speech-Language Pathology services to elementary students for the entire 2025/26 school year. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will work full time supporting a diverse caseload of young learners, all while collaborating with educators and an experienced multidisciplinary team. Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Current Oregon SLP License, or the ability to acquire before the start of the assignment
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Eligibility for CCC or CFY supervision; recent graduates are welcome to apply
  • Experience working with pediatric populations or in educational settings preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills
  • Commitment to fostering a positive school environment and supporting student success

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in elementary-aged students
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each students needs and education goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support students academic achievement
  • Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports according to district and state guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of effective learning strategies
