Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active and valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certification in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Experience working with pediatric populations (infant through high school)
  • Proficiency in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech/language disorders in educational settings
  • Comfortable supporting students in early childhood, elementary, and secondary grade levels
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy to students in Pre-K, kindergarten, elementary, middle, and high school settings
  • Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and student records
  • Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents on strategies to enhance communication and language development
  • Participate in IEP meetings and help design accommodations for diverse learner needs
  • Offer direct and consultative services tailored to each students unique strengths and challenges
