Job Description

We are seeking three dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists to support area schools on a contract basis during upcoming maternity leaves. These are full-time assignments beginning in fall 2026 and lasting approximately 12 weeks, ideal for professionals who thrive in dynamic elementary settings and enjoy working with diverse student populations.

In this onsite role, youll work 35+ hours per week, directly supporting elementary-aged learners across K-5 classrooms, including high-needs students on the autism spectrum and preschoolers. Openings are available in multiple school locations, with one additional placement to be determined. This contract is perfect for SLPs who are passionate about helping students access their education and achieve their communication goals.

What were looking for:

  • Valid New Jersey Speech-Language Pathology License
  • Active New Jersey SLS Certification
  • ASHA CCCs highly preferred
  • Clinical Fellows may be considered, but must provide outside supervisiondistrict supervision is not available
  • Experience with elementary-aged populations, especially high autism and preschool groups, is a plus
  • SLPAs not eligible for these roles
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams
  • Enthusiasm for making a difference onsite in school settings
