Job Description

This contract opportunity spans the 20262027 academic year, with multiple openings available to join a dedicated team of professionals serving students from diverse backgrounds.

Key Qualifications & Experience Sought:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Active SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) from ASHA
  • State licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Prior experience delivering speech therapy in a school setting preferred
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, support staff, and families
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

What Youll Be Doing:

  • Deliver a comprehensive range of speech-language pathology services to a K-12 student population
  • Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with a variety of speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
  • Provide direct and consultative services onsite, tailoring interventions to students unique needs
  • Monitor progress, document outcomes, and adjust strategies as needed to maximize student success
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, and families to support integration of therapy strategies into the classroom
  • Participate actively in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and related school activities
