Deliver impactful speech-language pathology services to elementary students in a supportive and engaging school setting. Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Current and valid state licensure or eligibility
- Prior experience working with elementary-aged students preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families
- High level of organizational skills and adaptability in a dynamic school environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations to determine students speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students education goals
- Provide direct therapy to students in grades K-5, both individually and in small groups
- Document progress, maintain accurate records, and prepare reports for IEP meetings
- Consult and collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student development
- Engage in professional development and ongoing learning opportunities
