Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Current and valid state licensure or eligibility
• Prior experience working with elementary-aged students preferred

• Ability to collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families
• High level of organizational skills and adaptability in a dynamic school environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations to determine students speech and language needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students education goals
• Provide direct therapy to students in grades K-5, both individually and in small groups
• Document progress, maintain accurate records, and prepare reports for IEP meetings
• Consult and collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student development
• Engage in professional development and ongoing learning opportunities
