Youll collaborate with fellow educators and families, helping students improve their communication skills and achieve their academic potential.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Active state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred, though CFY applicants may be considered
• Previous experience supporting children or young adults in school environments
• Strong understanding of IEP development and progress monitoring processes
• Outstanding communication, collaboration, and documentation abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify students speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy services, adjusting strategies to support each students unique needs
• Track progress and maintain timely, organized documentation consistent with school and legal standards
• Contribute to IEP meetings, sharing insights and recommendations with staff and families
• Provide guidance to educators and caregivers to reinforce language interventions in the classroom and at home
