A reputable school in Winter Haven, FL is currently seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide specialized services to elementary students in grades K-5. This contract position offers a flexible schedule with 20-28 hours per week spread over 3-4 days, designed to support work-life balance while making a meaningful impact in a school setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized speech-language therapy services to K-5 students on caseload
- Assess and monitor student progress, adjusting treatment as needed
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and school staff to support student communication goals
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with district and regulatory standards
- Participate in professional development and team meetings as required
Qualifications and Experience:
- Current Florida Speech-Language Pathologist license with CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence)

- Strong knowledge of speech-language development and effective therapeutic techniques for children
- Ability to work onsite with a flexible schedule tailored to caseload needs
