Youll play a vital role supporting students communication skills within a collaborative school environment.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Hold active North Carolina SLP licensure (required)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellow (CF) applicants also welcomed
• Experience in school-based settings, with preferred background serving students with autism spectrum disorder and low cognitive disabilities
• Strong collaboration, documentation, and communication abilities
• SLPA credentials are not accepted for this position

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect speech-language services to a diverse caseload of up to 35 students
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs tailored to individual student needs
• Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to maximize student progress
• Conduct assessments, maintain thorough records, and participate in eligibility meetings
• Adapt service delivery models based on district needs; exact caseload specifics discussed during the interview process
• Benefit from supervision and mentorship if you are in your Clinical Fellowship year
