Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid or eligible SLP license (State Board of Examiners)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; clinical fellows considered
  • Experience in pediatric or school-based settings is a plus
  • Familiarity with teletherapy platforms or a willingness to learn
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Provide direct therapy and consultation services, in-person and/or virtually
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with school and regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other service providers to support student goals
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team planning
  • Deliver progress reports and recommendations in a clear, family-friendly manner
