Job Description

With a consistent 37.5 hour-per-week schedule and a caseload of approximately 60 students, this contract position is structured to help you focus on quality intervention and student success.

Essential Experience & Credentials:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current Washington SLP license
  • ESA certification
  • Strong communication skills, collaborative approach, and a passion for supporting student growth
  • Previous experience working within a school environment preferred
  • Clinical Competency Certification (CCC) is required for some roles

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments and create individualized education programs (IEPs)
  • Provide direct therapy services to students with various speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Serve diverse caseloads across K-12, with openings at elementary, preschool, and secondary sites
  • Work closely with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams to support student achievement
  • Maintain records, monitor student progress, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Foster an encouraging, inclusive, and positive learning atmosphere
