A full-time Speech Language Pathologist Assistant position is available to support K-5th grade students with diverse speech and language needs. This role is ideal for a licensed professional passionate about making a positive impact on children's communication skills within a school setting.

Position Type: Contract, Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to K-5th grade students under the direction of a licensed Speech Language Pathologist
- Implement individualized treatment plans to address articulation, language, voice, fluency, and social communication goals
- Monitor student progress and document therapy outcomes in compliance with school policies
- Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families to support student success
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to an inclusive educational environment
Qualifications:
- Valid CT Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) license
- Experience working with pediatric and school-aged populations preferred
- Strong understanding of speech-language development and therapy techniques
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
