Key Skills & Experience:
- Hold a current California Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) License
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) strongly preferred
- Experience with school-age populations, from kindergarten through high school
- Solid understanding of pediatric speech-language disorders and interventions
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and virtual service delivery models
- Prior experience in a school or educational setting is highly valued
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations, provide speech-language therapy, and monitor student progress
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with school staff and families
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state requirements
- Attend and participate in virtual IEP meetings as needed
- Communicate progress and concerns effectively with both teachers and parents
