Key Skills & Experience:

• Hold a current California Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) License
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) strongly preferred
• Experience with school-age populations, from kindergarten through high school
• Solid understanding of pediatric speech-language disorders and interventions
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and virtual service delivery models
• Prior experience in a school or educational setting is highly valued
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations, provide speech-language therapy, and monitor student progress
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with school staff and families
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state requirements
• Attend and participate in virtual IEP meetings as needed
• Communicate progress and concerns effectively with both teachers and parents
