Step into a rewarding contract position supporting students communication and learning outcomes at a school setting near Winchester, VA. As a valued Speech-Language Pathologist, youll provide crucial services from July 27th, 2026, through May 28th, 2027, offering dedicated care and expertise to help students thrive academically and socially.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Virginia SLP license required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Experience working in educational or pediatric settings strongly desired
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Assess students to identify speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for eligible students
• Deliver direct therapy services within the school environment
• Consult and collaborate with educators and caregivers regarding student progress
• Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and related documentation
• Offer guidance on augmentative or alternative communication as needed
• Contribute proactively to multi-disciplinary school teams
