Job Description

A full-time, onsite Speech-Language Pathologist position is available for the 2026-2027 school year in Winamac, IN. This opportunity involves providing essential speech and language services to students within a school setting, supporting their communication development and academic success. The role is travel-based, requiring flexibility to work in various school environments within the designated region.

Key Qualifications:

  • Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in the state of Indiana
  • Indiana Department of Education (DOE) Certification
  • Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) experience preferred
  • Experience in pediatric SLP services, including both healthcare and educational settings
  • Skills in teletherapy delivery a plus, alongside onsite therapy expertise
  • Strong communication, assessment, and intervention skills tailored to pediatric populations

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with student needs and educational goals
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state and federal regulations
