Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide services in a school setting in Winamac, Indiana for the 20262027 school year. This full-time opportunity offers 35 hours per week and is ideal for an SLP looking to support students' communication, language, and academic development.
Responsibilities
- Provide speech-language therapy and related services to students based on individual needs and IEP goals
- Conduct assessments and participate in evaluations as appropriate
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and other members of the educational team
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student-centered planning
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a school-based team
- Effective organization and time-management skills
- Ability to adapt therapy and interventions to meet individual student needs
Qualifications
- Indiana SLP License
- Indiana Department of Education (DOE) credential
- Ability to provide school-based speech-language services
Experience
- School-based experience is preferred but not required
Education
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
