What Were Looking For:
- Valid licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience working with pediatric clients, ideally in a school setting
- Proficiency in assessment, intervention planning, and delivery of therapy services for children with a variety of speech and language disorders
- Strong communication abilities for collaborating with teachers, staff, and families
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of students
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive, encouraging, and positive learning environment
What Youll Do:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, or communication difficulties
- Deliver direct therapy and support students with articulation, fluency, voice, and language needs
- Work collaboratively with general and special education teams to integrate therapy goals into the school setting
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and progress notes for compliance and communication
- Engage in IEP meetings, contribute insight for evaluations, and assist in developing appropriate educational goals
- Provide resources and support to families and educators to maximize student outcomes
