Qualifications and Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility to obtain) for speech-language pathology
• Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in a school setting
• Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal
• Familiarity with IEP processes and compliance standards
• Flexibility, adaptability, and problem-solving skills in a dynamic school environment
• Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings for students referred for speech, language, and communication concerns
• Develop, implement, and regularly monitor effective treatment plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide detailed input on goal development and student progress
• Partner with educators and caregivers to deliver holistic services
• Maintain accurate documentation and records in accordance with legal and school requirements
• Support generalization of communication strategies in classroom settings
