Key Qualifications:
- Hold an active Michigan Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Ability to provide therapy onsite and remotely via teletherapy platforms
- Experience working with K-12 student populations preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services, both in-person and virtually as required
- Maintain timely, thorough documentation in compliance with state and school requirements
- Offer consultation and support to school staff and families regarding students communication goals
