Key Qualifications:

• Active Delaware SLP License/Certification (required)
• Experience in a school-based setting, particularly with elementary populations, is strongly preferred
• Proficiency in delivering speech-language therapy, conducting assessments, and participating in IEP development
• Demonstrated ability in progress monitoring, clinical documentation, and data collection
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to adapt to shifting caseload needs
• Ability to work on-site for the full school scheduleelementary hours are 8:45 AM to 4:15 PM

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide targeted speech-language therapy services and interventions for elementary students
• Complete comprehensive evaluations to inform IEPs and help set meaningful goals
• Participate actively in team meetings and collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families
• Maintain thorough documentation, including progress reports and ongoing data collection
• Support fellow educators and related service providers across the district as needed
