This full-time role (37.5 hours per week) runs from August 25, 2026 through November 13, 2026, providing you with the perfect chance to empower students and help them achieve their communication goals.

Your expertise will be essential in evaluating, diagnosing, and delivering therapeutic intervention to students, collaborating with teachers and families to maximize student progress, and maintaining accurate documentation to support each childs educational journey. As a valued member of the schools multidisciplinary team, youll draw on your clinical skills and creativity to make a daily difference.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Current, valid Delaware license as an SLP CCC
  • Previous experience working within school settings preferred
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Ability to create individualized treatment plans for diverse student needs
  • Strong commitment to promoting student success and well-being

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, plan, and implement speech/language therapy for students as indicated by IEPs
  • Conduct screenings, evaluations, and write comprehensive reports
  • Work closely with teachers, parents, and related services to optimize support
  • Maintain required therapy documentation and progress notes
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team decisions
